Cejka Search

Karen Robbins is Controller of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.

Joining Cejka Search in 1987, Karen’s extensive financial acumen and business management experience has played a significant role in the organization’s continued growth and financial success.  As a member of the Cejka Search senior leadership team, she oversees all corporate financial activities including the preparation of financial statements, forecasting, and financial modeling, spearheading the corporate budgeting process, and management of the Accounting Department.  She also serves as liaison to Cejka Search’s parent organization, Cross Country Healthcare, Inc., located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Karen is a member of Financial Executives International and currently serves as the Vice President of Communications for the St. Louis Chapter.  In the past, she has been a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and served on the board as a Past President of the St. Louis Chapter.
