Allan Cacanindin is the Senior Executive Vice President of Client Services for Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health, and therapy, and health care executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.

As a member of Cejka Search’s Senior Leadership Team, Allan is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of operational initiatives and efficiencies vital to the success of client service delivery.

Since joining the firm in 2001, Allan’s demonstrated leadership continues to drive and secure marketplace exposure for client search opportunities, having more than once led to industry-wide and peer-to-peer recognition. He is a frequently requested thought leader and association faculty speaker on the application of best marketing practices to attract and recruit top health care talent.

Allan is a graduate of Franklin Covey’s, “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People,” and a recipient of the firm’s Leadership and Star Awards for professional excellence. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Louis University and has post-graduate studies with Washington University School of Medicine.
