Matt Neuwirth is a Regional Director with Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years. Matt has nearly 15 years of experience in health care sales, marketing and business management, most recently with Essence Healthcare, where he built a track record of developing long-term, strategic partnerships with physician led organizations and delivering measurable results.

His experience and in-depth knowledge of the health care industry and operational management provides Cejka Search clients with a competitive edge in achieving their physician recruitment objectives and market-based insights in mapping their future medical staffing needs. 

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, Texas.
