Chris Pagel is a Regional Director with Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for 30 years.

Chris has nearly 20 years of experience in the health care industry, during which time he has acquired in-depth knowledge of regional health care systems, developed strong relationships and built a track record for bringing together multiple stakeholders to deliver results.

Prior to joining Cejka Search, Chris was with Merck & Company and Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, where his leadership, vision and direction consistently produced award winning results. He received numerous honors and awards for leadership, integrity, innovation and significant contributions.

His experience and understanding of the challenges facing hospitals, health systems and medical groups enable Chris to develop effective recruitment solutions and deliver clients a competitive advantage in recruiting top physicians for their organizations.

Chris earned a Master of Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
