Danise Cooper is a Senior Search Consultant in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and health care executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years. 

With over 20 years of experience in the physician recruitment industry, Danise has developed an expertise in the placement of physicians into institutional leadership and clinical faculty positions. 

Joining Cejka Search in 1989, Danise has established an excellent reputation among many of the nation's top children's hospitals for her extensive network and placement of pediatric subspecialists.

As a Senior Search Consultant, Danise has received the Cejka Search "Circle of Excellence" award on multiple occasions.  This award reflects her commitment to clients in the successful placement of top-level talent and the clients' assessment of her performance as a partner.

Danise’s commitment to quality and in-depth understanding of the client's needs has resulted in one of Cejka Search's highest retention rates among her placed candidates.

Prior to joining Cejka Search, Danise's health care experience includes five years of providing client services within a hospital setting.
