Rebecca Kapphahn is Engagement Manager for Cejka Executive Search, the fifth largest health care executive search firm in the U.S., providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.

Rebecca has an extensive understanding of the health care industry and has worked with executive leadership across a wide range of hospitals and health systems, academic institutions, physician group practices, and managed care organizations.

As Engagement Manager, Rebecca is responsible for management of her client’s search process. Experienced in all elements of successful health care recruitment, she is the catalyst for development and execution of a well-designed candidate acquisition plan.  Based on a deep understanding of her client’s needs and a clear focus on the steps that must be taken to achieve a successful hire, Rebecca delivers a slate of highly-qualified professionals for interview. Her strong critical thinking, communication and client management skills contribute to successful, long-term client relationships.

Prior to joining the organization in 2006, Rebecca built a strong track record in health care recruitment operations. She has been recognized for her expertise in sourcing and candidate acquisition techniques as well as her strong leadership of high-performing recruitment teams.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
